Natural Monument of Morro do Pão de Açúcar and Urca is a hill complex located in the Urca neighborhood, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It was created through Decree No. 27,461, of June 4, 2004. The purpose of creating this unit is to preserve the landscape of cliffs and dunes and to order tourist activity in the region.

The construction is located about 800 meters north of Ponta do Seixas, the most eastern point of mainland Brazil.
